RIHANNA PULLS OUT OF UK TRIP

Rihanna has sparked health fears after pulling out of a UK trip.

The 24-year-old singer had been due to fly into London yesterday (June 6, 2012) to film a TV special at the beginning of a 10-week stay but the star has suddenly canceled all her British commitments, prompting speculation she has been partying too hard.

A source told The Sun newspaper: ''She canceled her trip and all work commitments in the UK at the very last minute, which is very unlike her. She has been hitting it hard for months. She smokes, drinks and parties hard on top of work commitments.''

The ''What's My Name'' hitmaker's management cited ''sickness'' for her axing of the TV show.

It is not yet clear whether her performances at the Hackney Weekend and Wireless festivals in London will be affected.

Rihanna herself hasn't commented on her canceled trip, but posted a cryptic message on twitter yesterday (June 6, 2012).

It read: ''Keep your eyes on the finish line and not on the turmoil around you #thinkahead (sic)''

The ''We Found Love'' star was rushed to hospital suffering with ''exhaustion and dehydration'' last month.

She tweeted a picture of herself attached to a drip in a hospital after reportedly spending the night partying at the Met Gala in New York.

However, after a brief stay in the undisclosed medical center, she was discharged and allowed to fly back to her home in Los Angeles.

Jenny McCarthy is desperate for Jim Carrey to visit her son.

The 39-year-old beauty says her former partner, who she split from in 2010 after five years of dating, hasn't seen 10-year-old Evan - who suffers from autism - since they broke up, despite the youngster telling her he misses the actor ''almost weekly''.

She said: ''I've tried to ask Jim numerous times [to see Evan], because my son still asks. I haven't [reached out directly] ... I think that sometimes people need to take a real break from each other. But I still love him. I think you can love people from a distance and respect him. But as a mother, you just hope when you have a relationship with someone, it has nothing to do with the child when you break up.''

Jenny - who admitted Evan often watches Jim's movies - says it has been ''hard'' helping the youngster coming to terms with the 51-year-old funnyman no longer being in their lives and has sought therapy to help him.

She added on the ''Howard Stern Show'': ''I tell [Evan] that someday you'll cross paths, meet again... [but] it's hard. He's been in therapy. It's a process, he's working on it.''

Despite her sadness over Evan's upset, Jenny - who had the youngster with former husband John Mallory Asher - insists she made the right decision.

The Playboy model - who is now dating NFL player Brian Urlacher - said: ''As you get older you kind of get to see things more clearly. Hopefully you get happier [over time], and I am so much happier.''

Debra Messing has filed for divorce from her husband of 11 years.

The ''Smash'' actress and Daniel Zelman announced their separation last year but continued to live together for the sake of their eight-year-old son, Roman.

However, Debra, 43, has now decided to officially end their union and is citing ''irreconcilable differences'' as the reason behind the split.

According to gossip website TMZ.com, Debra is requesting joint custody of their son and is also seeking spousal and child support.

Debra - who has been linked to her ''Smash'' co-star Will Chase since the split - recently spoke about the breakdown of her marriage and insisted she had no regrets.

She said: ''Twenty years. It's a very long time. I think the institute of marriage is a noble thing. The idea of a partner for life is incredibly romantic. But now we're living to 100. A hundred years ago people were dying at age 37. Til death do us part was a much different deal.''

The couple met at New York University in the 1990s and tied the knot in September 2000.

Although they announced their split in December 2011, their date of separation is listed as February 15 2010.

The Welsh beauty has had to order her 67-year-old spouse away from her clothes and jewelery while he is preparing for his new role as gay entertainer Liberace.

The ''Intolerable Cruelty'' actress said: ''Michael has been in the bedroom and started putting on my diamonds and things.''

''I'm like, 'Michael, please take off those pants. Take 'em off baby. Come on, give me back my rocks'.''

Michael - who battled throat cancer in late 2010 has been going to great lengths to prepare for playing Liberace in Steve Soderbergh's ''Behind the Candelabra'' and though his wife is enjoying his playing of the piano, she is tired of the way he has rearranged their home.

Catherine - who has children Dylan, 11, and nine-year-old Carys with the star - is quoted by the Daily Star newspaper as saying: ''He winks at me while he plays. But I'm sick of having breakfast by candelabra.''

Matt Damon will star as Liberace's gay lover in the forthcoming biopic.

The superstar couples have decided to take a low-key vacation with their kids after Jay-Z and Chris finish up their grueling respective world tours and have chosen Florida as the perfect road trip destination.

A source told The Sun newspaper: ''The two couples are planning a trip around Florida. Both Chris and Jay have been on intense world tours so they really need a break. Gwyneth and Beyonce think the jaunt, going back to nature on a high-end Winnebago, will be the ideal getaway. It will be low-key but it's just what they need and they'll get to spend quality time together.''

Beyonce gave birth to her first child Blue Ivy in January while Gwyneth and Chris have two kids, Apple, eight, and Moses, six.

Chris has previous revealed he thinks his friendship with Jay-Z is ''hilarious'' and thinks they get on well because they can identify with one another.

He said: ''Yes, it is hilarious [our friendship]. What's the common denominator? Well, underneath he probably feels a bit like me and I probably feel a bit like him.''

Gwyneth believes her husband and the ''99 Problems'' hitmaker get on well as they ''balance'' one another.

She said: ''They balance each other out. Chris and I are like Jay and Beyonce; two paranoid ironists and two calm grounded people.''

Chris added: ''There you go, you've got the answer. We balance each other out.''

Elizabeth Hurley admits her future will be ''chaotic''.

The ''Gossip Girl'' actress is engaged to former cricketer Shane Warne and she admits it is hard figuring out their schedules because of her 10-year-old son Damian and the Australian sportsman's three kids Brooke, 14, Summer, nine, and 13-year-old Jackson.

She said: ''My future plans are as chaotic as ever. We are now juggling school dates from Shane's children in Australia alongside Damian's here in the UK, while working all over the globe and trying to have fun too. It's a good challenge to have.''

Elizabeth admits she is a ''strict'' parent with Damian but because they spend all their time together, she is proud of how well he can adjust to different social situations.

She told aMUSE magazine: ''I adore my son and we are very close. I am more like an Italian mother than an English one and think he's the bee's knees. I'm pretty strict and he's very well-behaved.''

''He has been very well socialized from a young age and I can take him anywhere.''

And the youngster was particularly happy to join his 46-year-old mother on the set of ''Gossip Girl'' recently.

She added: ''My son Damian spent a month or so with me in New York over the summer while I was filming ''Gossip Girl'' and he loved it. He made his own short movie and ran through my lines with me every night. He thought it was the most exciting thing that ever happened. He got to be in my trailer and hand out on a film set, which is what he has longed for his entire life.''

Cheryl Cole believes she would have been a mother by now if she hadn't have released a solo album.

The ''Call My Name'' singer recorded her debut LP ''3 Words'' in 2009 while she was on a break from her band Girls Aloud but she insists she only did it because her friend and manager will.i.am convinced her to work alone.

Instead, the 28-year-old beauty said she would have been happy to use that time to start a family with then-husband Ashley Cole, who she divorced in 2010 amid claims he cheated on her.

She said: ''It was actually him that convinced me to do a solo record. I never would have done a solo record without him. At the time, I would have had a family. At the time I was still married! But it was actually Will saying to us, 'You know you're going to do a solo record, right?', and I was saying, 'I don't want to, not yet'.''

''And he was like, 'I think you should. You need to'. He said, 'I'm excited, I want to be involved with it'. So he was involved from day one. I recorded my first ever solo song ['Heartbreaker'] with Will.''

Cheryl says the Black Eyed Peas star was the only one who believed she could do a solo album as her record label was a bit ''dubious''.

She told Pop Justice: ''I think the label were a bit dubious at the time when Will suggested it. I think they were like, 'Statistically it doesn't work'. I was married, I was sorted! It was Will who said, 'Come in and write'. And the first thing I wrote was 'Heaven'.''
